Ontario Students WITH required PRE-REQUISITES

FOLLOWING ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER. (If you are a Non-Ontario Student please scroll down to the bottom of this page to register)

STEP 1 - Download, Fill and Sign (Front and Back) the registration form

STEP 2 - Gather Documents including ONE Proof of Photo-id (Health Card, Driver's License, Passport, PR Card or any form of Ontario photo id) AND Pre-requisite Proof (Final Report Card of the Pre-requisite Course, Credit Counselling Summary or Tanscript)

MAKE SURE THE STUDENT HAS A PASSING MARK IN THE PRE-REQUISITE COURSE AND HAVE OBTAINED A CREDIT

**In case, the student DOES NOT fulfill the requirements of the Pre-requisite Course or have not obtained a Passing mark in the Pre-requisite and sign up and pay for THIS course, then the student will be removed from the course and the FEES will NOT be refunded

STEP 3 - Email the scanned copy of the completely filled and signed form, photo-id and pre-requisite proof. Then, use the Sign up link to proceed!
